Job Description

Join Earthbar at Equinox Gym in New York as a Shift Lead providing exceptional customer service, leading shifts, and representing the Earthbar brand with excellence.

Responsibilities

Acting manager of the store in the absence of Assistant General Manager and General Manager
Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers
Maintain a calm demeanor during high volume periods
Ensure store operates to Earthbar standard
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Provide quality beverages consistently by following recipes

Qualifications

Ability to move and lift up to 50lbs
Quickly learn new procedures and product knowledge
1-2 years experience in food/beverage environments or retail/hospitality
Barista, Nutrition, or Culinary education a plus
Must have or obtain California Food Handlers License
