Responsibilities

  • Act as the manager in the absence of Assistant General Manager and General Manager
  • Maintain a calm demeanor during high-volume periods
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and respond to customer needs
  • Follow operational policies for safety and quality
  • Maintain a clean workspace and adhere to health guidelines

Qualifications

  • Ability to move and lift up to 50lbs
  • Quickly learn new procedures and product knowledge
  • 1-2 years experience in food/beverage or retail environments
  • Barista, Nutrition, and Culinary education a plus
  • Obtain California Food Handlers License prior to employment
