Job Description

KPMG is seeking a Manager for Workday HCM projects involving strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization.

Responsibilities

Lead Workday HCM projects involving strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization
Support business development activities
Supervise and manage staff on ERP Advisory engagements
Manage engagements according to financial policies

Qualifications

Minimum of five years of ERP, HCM implementation, and upgrade experience
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Completion of one full Workday HCM implementation and certification
Strong verbal and analytical skills
Ability to travel up to 80-100%
