Job Description

Lead a team of instructors to create a safe and stimulating learning environment for students aged 5-14.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate curricula, activities, and games with staff
Support teaching staff and promote their professional development
Oversee the online registration system and billing
Communicate proactively with parents about student performance and incidents
Ensure facilities are safe and comply with regulations
Manage budget and staff schedule efficiently

Qualifications

North Carolina Early Childhood Administration Credential required
Experience working with children and in a leadership position required
