Job Description

The Andromeda Community Initiative (ACI) is seeking a Senior Manager of Business Development & Employer Partnership to build new employer relationships, particularly in green and clean energy construction, to enhance job placements for graduates.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate new and expand existing employer accounts for graduate placements
  • Record all interactions in ACI's data system
  • Drive client placement activity and share accounts with job developers
  • Utilize communication and sales skills to build a network of partners
  • Develop new employer relationships through various prospecting methods
  • Attend meetings and events to secure new employer contacts

Qualifications

  • Background in sales/account management
  • Experience with local NYC construction companies
  • Successful track record in prospecting and closing sales
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with marginalized populations
  • Adaptable work schedule
