Join our team at ServiceChannel as a Customer Success Manager to drive product adoption, training, advocacy, and retention for our clients. Be a strategic problem solver and organized doer to meet client needs and ensure successful outcomes.
Proactively recommend ServiceChannel standard methodologies and configurations to align with customer's business objectives. Establish and supervise customer adoption, training, and utilization of ServiceChannel products. Lead customer engagement meetings and provide intelligent feedback for ongoing product improvements.
Bachelor's Degree required. 2+ years of experience in customer success, project management, or support. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. Enthusiastic about technology and ability to travel occasionally.
