Job Description

The Asset Storage Tracking Specialist will receive products into inventory and assist with administrative functions in Warehouse Operations, maintaining data integrity using the host computer system.

Responsibilities

Matches receiving paperwork to orders, audits for accuracy, and receives products into inventory.
Performs cycle counts, maintains product inventory accuracy, and assists in inventory movement documentation.
Audits transactions made by Warehouse Team, monitors urgent requests, and provides inventory reports to sales teams and customers.
Coordinates incoming product shipments, fulfills client ticket requests, and maintains a proactive working relationship with internal departments.

Qualifications

High School diploma or 2+ years of warehouse/inventory control experience.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of Google Office systems and basic warehouse functions.
