Job Description

Emkat Inc. is seeking reliable and hardworking Manufacturing Packers to join our client's dynamic production team in Phillipston, MA. This hands-on role involves packing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Pack finished goods into boxes or containers
Inspect products for quality assurance
Label, seal, and stack boxes correctly
Assemble packaging materials
Maintain cleanliness of packing stations
Meet daily packing quotas
Follow safety protocols
Operate warehouse equipment
Collaborate with team members

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Strong attention to detail
Reliable attendance
Ability to follow instructions
Positive attitude
Willingness to work overtime
