Job Description

Join our team at Circle K as a Restaurant Assistant Manager to assist in daily operations, supervising the team, and ensuring all guests leave satisfied.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner
Conduct second interviews for team members and shift leads
Maintain a clean restaurant environment by performing housekeeping duties
Direct team and ensure food items are prepared in accordance with regulations
Monitor cash, sales, and inventory control records
Guarantee a safe environment for team members and guests
Complete reports on incidents following company policy

Qualifications

Full-time availability with valid state Driver's License
Excellent communication and motivational skills
Positive attitude with focus on results
Ability to work well under pressure
Physical ability to bend, twist, lift, carry, and reach objects
