Job Description

Recovery Manager responsible for assisting beneficiaries in gaining access to needed Medicaid State Plan and HCBS-AMH services, as well as medical, social, educational, and other resources.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor the provision of program services
Advocate for access to needed services
Transport participants when necessary

Qualifications

Minimum two years of experience working with people with SMI
Bachelor's degree in human services or related field
Demonstrated knowledge of issues affecting people with SMI
Completion of DSHS-required forms in the HCBS-AMH program
