Responsibilities

Lead recruitment and onboarding process for new hires
Oversee talent-related matters, performance, and development plans
Ensure optimal stock levels and inventory accuracy
Plan visual change-outs and deliver effective in-store training

Qualifications

3-5 years of retail operations experience
2+ years of team leadership experience
Passion for Outlet, Running, Fashion, or Sports industry
Strong project management skills
