Job Description

The Retail Outlet Supervisor is responsible for developing the sales team to achieve revenue and budget targets through guest engagement.

Responsibilities

Develop, coach, and motivate team for sales success
Maintain focus on team development and sales proficiency
Assist in scheduling, training, and leadership
Implement style guide directives and merchandising oversight
Ensure inventory accuracy and address guest situations

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
5 years of retail experience
3 years of supervisory experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
