Job Description

Wayfair is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead in Perris, California to assist the supervisor in managing warehouse functions and activities, ensuring smooth operations, and leading the receiving department.

Responsibilities

Assist supervisor in managing warehouse functions
Lead the receiving department
Delegate work to maintain a 100% fill rate
Manage inventory and conduct training
Ensure proper tool use and accountability
Oversee department cleanliness

Qualifications

Working understanding of WMS system
Leadership and motivational skills
Ability to make decisions independently
Physically able to move/process products
Experience in various warehouse departments
Experience operating power equipment
2+ years of relevant work experience
