Job Description

Join Braum's as a Shift Supervisor where you will lead the store crew members, maximize sales, and ensure a great customer experience.

Responsibilities

Teach, coach, and lead store crew members
Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
Oversee shift operations of food service, grocery market, and fountain sales
Monitor inventory, supply levels, equipment, safety, and cleanliness
Ensure store policies and practices are implemented
