Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment process for challenging roles
Develop sourcing strategies tailored to AEC industry
Provide regular reporting updates to hiring stakeholders
Enhance recruiting processes and practices
Advise hiring managers on recruitment best practices
Organize and represent at recruitment events
Champion company culture and values

Qualifications

5+ years of corporate or agency recruiting experience
Demonstrated success in full lifecycle recruiting
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Experience in process improvement
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in ATS and Microsoft Office
Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
