Responsibilities

Request and send medical records to/from Patients/Providers/Healthcare institutions
Prepare copies of records and ensure accuracy
Organize and evaluate records for completeness
Upload patient records into EMR system
Follow up on requested medical records

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree
Knowledge of medical terminology
Experience with EMR systems
Experience in healthcare or medical office preferred
