Lead customer onboarding processes, provide product enablement, maintain documentation, and act as the primary contact during onboarding. Collaborate with different teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Experience in SaaS industry, exceptional communication skills, ability to work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of tech SaaS companies and data analysis. Bonus if transitioning from Sales Development Representative to Customer Success.
