Responsibilities

Build relationships with Engineering leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.
Support People programs such as performance management, talent management, and learning and development.
Provide guidance on employee relations and organizational design.
Utilize data to make informed decisions and drive change initiatives.

Qualifications

8+ years of HRBP experience.
Strong background supporting Engineering or technical teams.
Expertise in employee relations, performance management, and organizational design.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
