Join our team as a Customer Service Representative at a family-owned dairy and food distribution company. This role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, order entry, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Make inbound/outbound calls
Handle order entry/data entry
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
Work independently and as part of a team to achieve daily goals
Provide product and service information to customers

Qualifications

1 year of customer service experience
Computer proficiency
Proficiency in email/Outlook
Spanish/English bilingualism is a plus
Basic knowledge of Word and Excel
Ability to multitask
Positive attitude
Reliable attendance
