Sonnier & Castle by Rhubarb LLC is looking for a Receiver to join their team at the Warehouse and Commissary Kitchen.

Ensure all deliveries are picked up and delivered to proper department representatives
Verify, count and sign packing slips, match with invoices
Communicate shorts and overages on invoices
Place food orders
Responsible for organization and sanitation of receiving areas and storage rooms
Label, date, store & rotate all food and beverage items
Receive and organize all equipment and deliveries
Communicate discrepancies to the Chef
Perform Porter duties as needed
Participate in month-end Inventory

Purchasing Food Management software experience required
2-5 years previous experience in a receiving position in the food and beverage environment
Hotel Experience or High Volume establishment experience a plus
Must adhere to all company specific safety policies
Work cooperatively with other team members
Able to take direction and constructive feedback from Management
Maintain a positive attitude in the work environment
Highest level of professionalism
