Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our daily operations and provide administrative assistance to various departments. Join our team and play a vital role in ensuring smooth office functions.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Answer phones, take messages, and route calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications and reports.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new employees.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant are a plus.
  • Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
