Job Description

Join our team in managing a portfolio of high-end Airbnb properties in Charlotte. We are looking for dedicated professionals who take pride in their work and deliver exceptional cleaning services for our guests.

Responsibilities

Perform full turnover cleans of Airbnb properties
Make beds hotel-style and present rooms beautifully
Restock supplies and stage spaces
Take high-quality before/after photos and report any damage
Follow detailed cleaning checklists and manage laundry
Report any maintenance issues and keep storage areas organized

Qualifications

1+ year experience in short-term rental or hotel cleaning
Own reliable vehicle & smartphone
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow checklists
Comfortable using cleaning apps and available to work weekends
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and climb stairs
