Job Description

KPMG is seeking a Director, Workday HCM for our Consulting practice. The role involves leading Workday Payroll Projects and overseeing ERP Advisory engagements for clients.

Responsibilities

Lead Workday Payroll Projects involving strategy, implementation support, and Enterprise Resource Planning optimization
Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities
Supervise and performance manage staff working on assigned engagements
Manage engagements according to KPMG's financial/cost management policies

Qualifications

Minimum of eight years of recent enterprise resource planning, payroll implementation, and upgrade experience
Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited university/college preferred
Detailed understanding of enterprise resource planning system concepts and general module functionality
