Job Description

The Ticket Office Assistant will use Ticketmaster systems to perform various ticket office functions, including fulfilling event ticket orders, preparing invoices, and assisting customers with ticketing questions.

Responsibilities

  • Use Ticketmaster systems to fulfill event ticket orders, prepare and send invoices, and process payments.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and data entry.
  • Provide customer assistance with event ticketing questions or issues.
  • Assist with all ticket office operations on event days as needed.
  • Be familiar with department and University policies and procedures to assist students, staff, faculty, and visitors.

Qualifications

  • One year of customer service or related experience or equivalency.
  • Demonstrated human relations and effective communications skills.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Potential ability to perform essential job functions.
