LensCrafters is seeking a Team Lead to provide exceptional customer service and manage key optical and lab processes to achieve exceptional results. Qualifications

High school diploma/GED
Strong optical and retail experience
Strong communicator and listener
Problem-solving ability
Leadership and training experience
