Job Description

LensCrafters is looking for a Team Lead to deliver exceptional customer service and assist in managing key optical and lab processes to achieve exceptional results.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service
Assist customers with selections and recommendations
Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements
Manage key optical and lab processes to achieve exceptional results

Qualifications

HS diploma/GED
Strong optical and retail experience
Strong communicator and leader
Basic optics knowledge and optical measurement experience
