Job Description

The World Equestrian Center is seeking a Lead Cashier with excellent customer service skills to join our team and provide a great experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with purchases and requests
Provide leadership to employees for a hospitality-focused store atmosphere
Lead the team in achieving shift targets according to company standards
Maintain table settings and adhere to guidelines on restricted sales items
Handle cash transactions and stay current on shows and events
Stock inventory and maintain store cleanliness
Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications

Follow written and oral instructions
Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
1 year supervisory experience
Strong customer service, organizational skills, and attention to detail
Previous experience with cash handling procedures
Available to work evening and weekend hours with open flexible availability
