Responsibilities

Develop and maintain marketing materials and proprietary databases.
Monitor equity markets and generate ideas for clients.
Present solutions to internal and external clients.
Coordinate transaction execution and follow-up.
Drive internal process efficiency for a best-in-class client experience.

Qualifications

3+ years of relevant experience.
Strong understanding of capital markets and corporate finance.
Excellent communication, organization, and marketing skills.
Ability to manage and multi-task effectively.
Proven problem-solving abilities and initiative.
