Job Description

Join our team as a College Career Technician to assist students in enrolling and assessing participation in various programs, providing guidance and support throughout the process.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and distribute information on specific classes and programs
  • Assist in marketing, recruiting, and advising students
  • Maintain records related to financial aid, scholarships, and college applications
  • Interview applicants and determine program eligibility
  • Register students for classes and provide scheduling support

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or 48 college units
  • Two years of general clerical experience working with students
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and under supervision
