Job Description

Morrison Healthcare is seeking a Retail Manager to oversee the successful retail/cafeteria operation. This position involves staff management, financial management, marketing coordination, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily administrative and operational tasks
Handle all aspects of staff management
Manage all financials including budget development and reporting
Coordinate marketing efforts to maximize revenues
Manage cost controls and inventory
Ensure sanitation and safety of assigned unit(s)
Roll out new culinary programs
Act as the direct liaison with the client

Qualifications

Culinary degree preferred, or A.A. Degree plus related experience
Three or more years supervisory experience in food service operations
Knowledge of retail, food, and catering trends
Leadership, management, and coaching skills
Communication skills both written and verbal
Financial, budgetary, and accounting skills
ServSafe™ Certified
