Job Description

Seemann Composites is seeking a Specialist IV to join their team in Gulfport, MS. The role involves leading small teams, product development, tooling development, and manufacturing support using SolidWorks CAD software.

Responsibilities

Lead small teams in product development
Develop tooling and provide manufacturing support
Create CAD models and Cut Files
Author manufacturing work instructions and reports
Contribute to proposals, schedules, and budgets
Manage documentation and incorporate redlines
Utilize Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
Act as a Subject Matter Expert in production process areas
Responsible for day-to-day tasking

Qualifications

Minimum 13 years of experience in composite materials or polymer injection molding
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
US Citizenship or Green Card Status required
Active US DoD Security Clearance required
Experience with SolidWorks 3D modeling and 2D drawings
Technical writing skills
Knowledge of AS9100 or ISO9001 quality systems
Hands-on fabrication experience
