Responsibilities

Interview patients for account information
Verify insurance and collect patient payments
Obtain necessary signatures for treatment
Check physician orders and attach them to patient records
Print and distribute necessary paperwork
Escort patients to the right area as needed

Qualifications

High School Education/GED preferred
Associate's/Technical Degree preferred
Ability to accurately verify insurance
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
