Job Description

Cartier North America is seeking a Project Manager for Store Design Planning & Construction in New York. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the building out of corporate office projects and boutique renovations.

Responsibilities

Manage 2-3 construction projects per budget year
Review construction cost estimates and budgets
Coordinate with internal departments for successful project execution
Lead and coordinate the design and tender phases
Procurement and coordination of owner supplied items
Track project costs and manage construction turnover
Travel up to 30% may be required

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in architecture required
4+ years of experience in corporate office projects and luxury retail
Fluent in AutoCAD, Excel, Adobe CS, and Microsoft Project
Strong verbal and written communication skills
