Job Description

Cartier North America is seeking a Project Manager for Store Design Planning & Construction in New York. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the building out of corporate office projects and boutique renovations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage 2-3 construction projects per budget year
  • Review construction cost estimates and budgets
  • Coordinate with internal departments for successful project execution
  • Lead and coordinate the design and tender phases
  • Procurement and coordination of owner supplied items
  • Track project costs and manage construction turnover
  • Travel up to 30% may be required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture required
  • 4+ years of experience in corporate office projects and luxury retail
  • Fluent in AutoCAD, Excel, Adobe CS, and Microsoft Project
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
