Job Description

Join Ross Stores, the nation's largest off-price retailer, as a Manager, Merchant Operations. In this role, you will serve as a key interface between Merchants, Supply Chain, DC's, and the IT group to drive business process improvements within the supply chain environment.

Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert for logistic systems and processes
Develop and maintain reporting to measure project progress and effectiveness
Analyze data to assess project investments
Troubleshoot merchant issues related to merchandise flow
Manage an Analyst, providing coaching and development

Qualifications

5+ years experience in retail business systems
Understanding of best practices in retail or consumer goods
Strong analytical and collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree required
