Job Description

The Retail Warehouse Associate at Valley Wide Cooperative is responsible for inventory control, product rotation, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. This position also involves filling propane tanks and performing various warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Acknowledge all customers, employees, and vendors.
  • Assist customers with product information and orders.
  • Clean and organize lot and warehouse for safety.
  • Operate forklift and hand trucks.
  • Perform equipment inspections.
  • Load and unload trucks.
  • Stock and maintain warehouse inventory.
  • Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Must be certified to operate forklift.
  • Willingness to become propane certified.
  • Strong communication skills and team player focus.
