Responsibilities

Lead technical implementation and enhancement activities for various Workday modules
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure systems drive value
Review and improve business processes for efficiency and automation
Provide day-to-day HRIS support and training
Define roadmaps for people systems and set measurable goals
Create and maintain user guides and system documentation

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field
3+ years of HRIS (Workday) configuration and administration experience
Familiarity with agile development frameworks
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Solid understanding of employee lifecycle and people processes
