Job Description

Join our team as a Custodian responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities to create a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to maintain hygiene standards.
Perform custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and report any issues promptly.
Handle industrial cleaning tasks using appropriate equipment and safety measures.
Support the team with porter duties such as moving supplies as required.
Ensure proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

Previous experience in custodial services or facilities maintenance is preferred.
Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and floor care techniques is a plus.
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
