Job Description

Join Invictus Capital Partners as a Summer Analyst in the Repo Desk for a hands-on internship program focusing on mortgage acquisition process and warehouse financing of whole loan assets.

Responsibilities

Prepare and submit daily funding packages using SQL and Excel for financing counterparties, custodians, and the accounting team.
Coordinate with custodians to issue trust receipts to warehouse lenders.
Maintain and update systems with settled loan acquisition data to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Generate and submit monthly loan performance and servicing reports; provide variance explanations as needed.
Reconcile warehouse cash activities and fees with the accounting team.
Support process improvements and collaborate on special projects with senior team members.

Qualifications

Current undergraduate student, ideally a sophomore or junior, pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
Proficient in Excel; knowledge of SQL is a strong plus.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Availability to work on-site at the Washington, DC office.
