Join us as a Pickleball Instructor at TownTasks, where we focus on nurturing potential, promoting healthy living, and fostering social responsibility. This position involves teaching Pickleball techniques to various age groups and abilities.

Responsibilities

Maintain professionalism and represent the YMCA.
Design and deliver lesson plans tailored to different age groups.
Lead instruction following guidelines.
Build relationships with participants and encourage involvement.
Ensure organized class management and safety.
Uphold YMCA core values and create a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
3 years of experience in recreation or related field.
Pickleball Certification and strong knowledge of rules.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
CPR and First Aid Certifications.
