Job Description

The Senior BIM Manager will work with a skilled team to implement BIM strategies for global clients. This role involves leading the development and roll-out of BIM processes across various projects and programs.

Responsibilities

Develop BIM strategy based on client requirements
Lead BIM implementation at project level
Create and manage BIM documentation and workflows
Communicate BIM strategies to stakeholders
Identify and mitigate risks
Interface with clients, design teams, and contractors
Lead and manage a team
Review project models and construction documentation
Contribute to bid proposals
Research and develop emerging technologies
Act as an ambassador for digital services

Qualifications

Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Knowledge of BIM standards and construction
Experience with 3D modeling software
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
