Lead and drive the performance of the Volvo & Lincoln Service BDC team to enhance customer communication and appointment show rates.
Set goals for outbound calls, appointment setting, and follow-ups. Coach, train, and motivate the team. Ensure improvements in appointment volume, show rates, and customer engagement.
Prior BDC leadership experience in automotive service, sales, or high-volume call center. Strong outbound calling and appointment setting skills. Ability to create structure and accountability.
