Join our team as a HR Associate in the Services & Solutions department. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively.
Act as the first point of contact for employees and line managers, resolving queries related to the full employee life cycle. Utilize service enabling technologies to manage and triage HR-related queries effectively. Support the navigation of people and culture systems, promoting self-service options. Engage in proactive project activities, enhancing care services for new joiners, movers, and leavers. Identify and execute opportunities for continuous improvement within HR processes.
Higher education qualification or equivalent experience. Experience in HR or a shared services environment is preferred. Demonstrated problem-solving skills through case management experience. Strong analytical thinking and numeracy skills to provide business insights. Ability to manage employee relations cases responsibly, identifying and mitigating risks.
