Responsibilities

Manage stock receiving, unpacking, and organization
Maintain displays and signage according to guidelines
Oversee store opening and closing procedures
Act as Manager on Duty when needed
Support and train store associates
Drive store sales and control expenses
Execute market plan and maintain inventory integrity

Qualifications

High School Graduate or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of management experience
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task and think creatively
Ability to remain calm under pressure
