Job Description

As a Store Manager, you will lead a team in providing excellent customer service and driving sales in a retail environment. You will be responsible for overseeing store operations, developing your team, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

Lead merchandise sales, print & marketing services, and retail operations
Develop a consultative and customer-centric environment
Empower team members through teaching and coaching
Drive profitable sales and margin
Ensure operational excellence and accountability

Qualifications

1+ year of store management experience
Experience in store operations and financial analysis
Ability to lift/move materials up to 50 pounds
Bachelor's Degree in Business (preferred)
