Responsibilities

Direct supervision of shipping office staff
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Resolve customer, carrier, and driver issues
Monitor and maintain sanitation standards
Assist in incident investigations

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience operating forklift or pallet jack
Previous warehouse management experience preferred
Basic computer and math skills
