Job Description

Join our team as an HR Generalist at Crane Co. and be responsible for assisting and supporting the Human Resources Manager in various HR functions.

Responsibilities

Implement various human resources programs and provide HR support
Coordinate recruiting and interviewing activities
Resolve employee relations issues and conflicts
Administer benefit programs and new employee orientation
Maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook
Ensure compliance with federal and state laws
Participate in Safety Committee meetings and maintain safety records

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
PHR or SPHR certification preferred
Excellent communication skills and ethics
Proficient in Microsoft programs and HRIS
Knowledge of recruitment and staffing practices
