Job Description

Join our team at Truestone as a Warehouse Specialist & Ship Support Driver, where you will play a vital role in supporting naval operations through warehousing and logistics duties. This position requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to safely transport materials to and from the ship.

Responsibilities

Verify materials against receiving documents and report discrepancies
Route materials to storage locations
Stack, store, or palletize materials according to storage methods
Conduct inventory checks and rearrange materials as needed
Prepare materials for shipment or delivery
Operate company vehicles to transport materials
Maintain accurate inventory records
Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate gear
Communicate with project managers and ship personnel

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred
Valid driver's license with clean record
Ability to pass background check
Proficiency in inventory management systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs regularly
Forklift certification a plus
