Job Description

Novo Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee all operations at our multi-client warehouse facility in Sparks, Nevada. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient, safe, and accurate handling of multiple client inventories while maintaining superior service levels.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations for multiple clients
Develop efficient workflows and optimize warehouse layout
Serve as primary client contact and collaborate on needs alignment
Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff
Ensure inventory control, compliance, safety, and performance monitoring

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager
Strong understanding of warehouse management systems
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
Experience managing profit and loss statements
