Evaluate and monitor the performance of club teams in executing fresh food operations.
Harness digital tools and platforms to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations within fresh categories.
Ensure strict adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
Identify opportunities for enhancing fresh food operations processes.

Qualifications

3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in retail fresh food areas.
3 to 5 years of supervisory/management experience.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Track record of excellence in fresh food retail setting.
Strong presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
