Responsibilities

Lead by example on the sales floor
Train and develop associates to achieve store key performance indicators
Assist in creating schedules and floor moves
Deliver exceptional guest experiences
Manage operational tasks such as store opening/closing and inventory control
Participate in recruiting and hiring processes
Ensure compliance with safety and reporting regulations

Qualifications

2 years of retail supervisory experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Demonstrated leadership ability
Strong customer service and communication skills
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
